Unit 8: Present continuous | Grammar | A1

Hiện tại tiếp diễn được dùng để nói đến hành động đang diễn ra ngay thời điểm nói.

VD: “What are you doing Sally?”- “I’m washing my hair.”

Hiện tại tiếp diễn được tạo thành bằng cách chia đông từ “to be” ở thì hiện tại đơn và thêm đuôi -ing vào động từ chính.

Verb: base form Verb: -ing form
wash washing
write writing
lie lying
run running

Now Mr Hogwash is showing his class some different photographs and explaining what is happening in each one.
